About Us

Niklas is a Machine Learning Engineer specializing in AI and software solutions. He holds a Master's in Robotics, Cognition & Intelligence from TU Munich and conducted research at Harvard Medical School's Cardiovascular MR Center.

In his career he has built software across very different industries. He developed software for restaurants and hospitality, and at a MedTech startup he helped build several AI products for radiological imaging used in clinical practice.

At Unlock Labs he applies that experience for partners: AI systems, automation, and custom software that fit how they actually operate. He takes projects from first prototype to solutions partners can rely on in everyday use.

Mark is an entrepreneur and operator working at the intersection of strategy, product, and technology. As a former startup co-founder and managing director, he has built and led companies end-to-end, from company building and team leadership to operations, finance, and partnerships.

He has launched and scaled e-commerce ventures and digital products, automated and streamlined operational processes, and driven growth through data-led strategy. His focus is on running and growing businesses: structuring operations, leading teams, and turning ideas into organizations that deliver.

Combining commercial and operational management with hands-on development and design, Mark bridges business goals and technical execution.

Marko is a Machine Learning Engineer specializing in AI and data engineering. During his Master's in Medical Engineering at TU Munich and his research at LMU Munich and Politecnico di Milano, he developed AI methods for analyzing medical imaging data.

At Rohde & Schwarz he developed data pipelines for cross-production quality analysis. He integrated production data from different systems, identified weaknesses in data quality and processes, and created a reliable foundation for AI applications. At a MedTech startup he developed AI systems for analyzing radiological imaging data and owned their full development process, from data preparation and model architecture through training and validation to regulatory approval.

At Unlock Labs he builds the data and AI infrastructure behind production applications. He ensures that complex business data becomes stable data pipelines and robust models that can be relied on in day-to-day operations.
