Deliberately separate from the condition rating: status per room for today, occupancy from the property system or set by hand, and a note for whoever has the next shift.
How it is built
Two views rather than one, on purpose. A cleaning rhythm has no business in a condition rating, and on the round nobody cares whether the grouting needs redoing in three months.
