What it does
Admins create tasks. They run daily, weekly, monthly or once, with a time and a place. People see only their own, mark them done, or write back with a photo and the time it took.
How it is built
The database turns a task rule into individual occurrences for a date range. That separates the rule from its dates: change the rhythm and what is already done stays as it was, instead of being rewritten backwards.
