Most workforce software assumes an office, a laptop, and a company email address. Housekeeping and maintenance have none of the three.

The situation
Tasks were handed out verbally and forgotten by noon, hours were written on paper, and half the team could not be reached by email because they do not have an address. Anything requiring an inbox was ruled out before it began.
What we built
An installable app that people sign into with a QR code and a six-digit PIN. Recurring and one-off tasks with push reminders, feedback with a photo, a time clock that records server time and logs every correction with a reason, shift planning, and absences. It speaks several languages because the team does.
The result
Tasks arrive on the phone in the corridor instead of in a corridor conversation, hours are countable, and corrections leave a trail.
